Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, modified cellulose gum, sodium copper chlorophyllin, silica, hydroxypropyl cellulose.

Dosage

Take 1 caplet daily at or before bed. For jet lag, take at bed after sun has fallen, while traveling, and at destination until adapted to the new rhythm. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after intake.
